  • Goals for week of 3/17-3/23

    - Work out at least 3x a week (Zumba, weights)

    - Drink lots and lots of water and don’t binge

    - Don’t self harm

    - Try to do some homework

    - Schedule on-roads

    - Lose 2 lbs.

    Get your shit together.

  • This is more for myself to see if I can actually do this. Not give up the second day because of some cookies, or binge or purge or starve myself. This won’t be fast, or easy and I will want to give up. But don’t. Don’t you dare give up. This isn’t just to be the skinny girl in the bikini. This is to actually start living. Breathe. In. Out. You can do this.
